The changelog gives you an overview of the changes that are present in each release of TravelNote.

TravelNote works with a live update system, this system gives us the ability to make very frequent updates available.

Below is a summary of the changes by date.

[31/12/2009]

1. Complete support for the Artas webservice with the possibility to create Artas articles and subarticles. Herefore the company form was expanded with a new tab page. In the main screen of TravelNote you will find a new Artas button to create an insurance file. Here you can specify the wanted articles. TravelNote will send the request to the Artas webserivce combined with the data from the travelfile and if the request is accepted by the Artas webservice we get back the price of the insurance and also the insurance number. TravelNote keeps track of this data on file level.
2. An extra field 'prictable residence' was added to the management of the residences for the webengine. This field allows you to upload the pricetable for this residence in pdf format in the TravelNote database. This pdf wil be made visible on the website.
3. Extra field 'sales account' for the suppliers. Until now this could not be specified on the level of the supplier.
4. Export of customer data. Extra functionality to extract a unique list of email adresses related to travel files, for instance all email adresses of customers that have booked in the last 6 months or only email adresses of customers that belong to a certain target group.

1. Extra field for customer information 'license number office' for agencies to book trips for other agencies.
2. Small improvement on the support for english orders.
3. Improvements on the report 'own car' for skitrips and groups.
4. Several changes to distribution of vouchers for ski offices.
5. Print order ski, if it concerns a french customer and article codes have been used the articles will be translated in french.
6. Extra fields to export SalesWorks: the language of the customer and also the mobile number of the customer.
7. Changes to the list 'overview bookings' with the indication of th targetgroup on the report.
8. Extra field on the customer file section company info with a third line for the company name.
9. Bug fixed when mailing ski vouchers.

1. Corrections on the import functionality from Excel to the web engine.
2. Possibility to mail to a specified hotel and/or period for ski files.
3. New field on the files: 'contactperson touroperator'. This field is avialable in the files and also in the reports.

1. Voucher group files: will fetch all email adresses of participants in the file and customer file and also the email adress of parents for sending vouchers by mail.
