For only 20.00 euro per month you can have the full Internet accounting module Octopus. TravelNote contains a complete link to this accounting module.


Illustrative examples:


You are a travel agent with 3 employees. At the time of the installation you pay 950 euros + 250 euros. Then you pay 140 euros monthly for the use of the software by 3 users.


You have 2 offices where 4 users work together. At the time of the installation you pay 950 euros for the first office + 250 for the 2nd office (1450 euro excl VAT). Then you pay 95 euros monthly for the first office + 60 for the additional office + 2 x 45 euros for the additional users. This comes to 245 euros for all.


To host your database on the TravelNote dedicated servers, we charge a fixed cost of 50.00 euros per month, irrespective of the size of your database or the number of users simultaneously working on the database.


Travel Note is free for schools and training centers that take TravelNote in their training package. We ask organizations and large offices with multiple branches or offices to contact TravelNote for a customized quote.


All prices are excluding 21% VAT and travel expenses. The rates are indexed annually.
